Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

• A deposit may be required to secure your date
• Full payment must be made before or on the day of the event
• Prices are listed in AUD

HappyVent reserves the right to cancel services if payment has not been completed.

We provide delivery, setup and pack down for all equipment.

The client must ensure:

• Clear and safe access to the setup area
• Adequate space and power supply
• Supervision of guests and equipment during the hire period

Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may affect setup times.

All hired equipment remains the property of HappyVent.

The client is responsible for equipment during the hire period.

The client agrees:

• Not to misuse or tamper with equipment
• To supervise children when using inflatables
• To prevent food, drinks or liquids near electrical equipment
• To follow all safety instructions provided

The client is liable for any loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Costs for repair or replacement may be charged if equipment is:
• Damaged
• Stolen
• Misused
• Returned excessively dirty

HappyVent will assess and invoice any damages accordingly.

All services are used at the client’s and guests’ own risk.

HappyVent is not liable for:

• Injuries caused by misuse or unsafe behaviour
• Weather-related issues
• Venue restrictions
• Third-party accidents or incidents

The client agrees to supervise guests and ensure safe use of all equipment.

For outdoor bookings, the client is responsible for providing suitable weather protection.

Inflatables, electrical equipment and photo booths cannot operate safely in:

• Heavy rain
• Strong winds
• Extreme weather

HappyVent may pause or cancel services for safety reasons.

No refunds are provided for weather-related interruptions beyond our control.

Cancellations:

• More than 7 days prior → deposit transferable
• Within 7 days → deposit may be forfeited
• Same-day cancellation → full fee may apply

Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability.

Photos taken during events may be shared digitally with guests as part of the service.

HappyVent may use event photos for promotional or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

HappyVent is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, power outages, venue issues or government restrictions.

By booking or using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
